Body work
    • How long will my vehicle bodywork repair take?
    We will give an estimate depends on the amount of damage on the vehicle, i.e. the number of panels being repaired and re-sprayed
      • What's the process with Insurance jobs when they are to pay for repairs?
    There is a process of approval in which the repair work will be put on hold temporarily until the corresponding insurance company sends us an approval email. This process does not usually take that long depending on the case.
      • Will I get a courtesy car while my car is in repairment?
    Yes, provided that your insurer offers a courtesy car. You can find out it in your policies if this has been covered by your insurance company.
    Paint work
      • Can I send you a photograph of my damage for estimating?
    You would be able to send your photographs by “whatsapp” to us. Please see Undentit Ltd contact us page where contact numbers are shown.
      • Does it work well on all colours and metallic?
    Undentit Ltd paintwork team work well on all types of colours including metallic paint.
    Insurance claim
      • How do you claim for accidental damage?
    Undentit Ltd insurance claim team in Glasgow will provide sufficient advice based on the what the your accident status is to :
          1. The accident is your fault

          2. The accident is partially your fault

          3. The accident is totally your fault


      • What will happen if a car is not worth much after serious damage in an accident?
    The car will be written off or deemed Total Loss in which it will be scrapped and you will be paid out for the value of the car.

      • Is there a time limit for making a personal injury claim?
    It varies from 2 to 3 months up to 3 years from the date of the accident.
      • Who will pay my legal fees?
    If your claim is not successful then you should not be charged anything that it refers to “no win no fee basis”. Undentit experienced advisor will provide some advice based on whether you are a member of a union or if you have legal expense insurance.
